The winners of MTV Europe Music Awards 2010 are:
Ke$ha is the first winner at the 2010 EMA edition! Ke$ha won Best New Act against Justin Bieber, Plan B, Jason Derulo and Bob!
Lady Gaga won the first prize out of the five categories in which she was nominated! She won the award for Best Female at the expense of Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Shakira and Rihanna!
Paramore won Best Alternative EMA 2010 in front of the Gorillaz, Gossip, Vampire Weekend and Arcade Fire!
The Bon Jovi band received Global Icon Award in honor of its entire career, an award given for the first time in the history of the EMAs!
Katy Perry won the award for Best Video for “California Gurls!
Justin Bieber won Best Male in battle with the rapper Usher, Enrique Iglesias and Kanye West!
Linkin Park won the award for Best Live Act against Bon Jovi, Muse, Kings Of Leon and Lady Gaga!
Eminem won Best Hip Hop at the 2010 EMA!
The Italian singer Marco Mengoni won the award for Best European Act.
Tokio Hotel won the World Stage Performance Award!
Shakira received the Free Your Mind award from the band Thirty Seconds To Mars.
Miley Cyrus presented the award for Best Rock. The winner is … Thirty Seconds To Mars!
Lady GaGa won the award for Best Female.
